If you have NTL broadband then you may be able to upgrade your speed via the following URL:
http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/editorial/microsites/tierMigration/
I was on the 750K speed earlier this evening. I clicked on the broadband upgrade and got to 2Mb instantly. No price increase!

Ditto HM,
Just happened to be flicking through the 10 last posts on this site, saw your post and within 30 seconds I was upgaraded and my speed is noticeably faster!

NTL are following Telewests lead only we were upgraded automatically without having to ask.
They send us an email well in advance to tell us of their new upcoming services.

Count you're self lucky HM, I live in London and NTL don't offer broadband here, how does that work out?..

I only have BT.
Im with Pipex, and they are upping their speed on the packages automaticlly, or allowing you to "downgrade" to your "current" package at a reduced cost.

after seeing adverts on reguards this to new new custermers,i was getting all bitter&twisted about this
NO emailor letter reguarding this from NTL so thanks HM,TOP MAN,upgrade all sorted back to normality for now (well allmost)
