Through sheer boredom as he is a boring old f4rt and he is always tacking snap-shot stories turns them round to imply something else.

I mean if you read the cr4p statement he put above you would think (a) it was in the UK (b) we all know he is 'hot' about Part P so it implies athat 250 unreg sparks to blame...etc. Typical.

As has been explained above these were two lads being chased by police in France.
