Kitchen door replacement
Jun 11th, 2006, 9:21am

Been to quote on a kitchen makeover Shocked

New doors wtops etc.

Customer has specified white shaker style doors. Also she doesn't want high gloss!

I've had a quick look on the web but couldn't find any.

Has anyone here got any suppliers that i could get some from?

Tia

You could ask these people. Seen at the Home Building & Rennovation Show. They make whole kitchens but I guess they might also sell you doors. Their standard range includes a shaker style and they use eggshell finish paint.

Does she want a painted solid wood, painted MDF, 5-piece vinyl wrapped or 1-piece vinyl wrapped solution? There are trade suppliers, but few are on the web.

I've started to make my own on refurbs, though. That way I can accommodate non-standard sizes, special colours, non-standard styles, etc

I've fitted a couple of kitchenswhere the doors came from Landau, poplar rail & styles with MDF panels and satin/matt acid cat finish, may be a bit pricy though, Have a look at someone like Facards they do a shaker one. Or DIY Kitchens

Or you could make your own and paint with oil based eggshell like this
