Hello,
I have a Boiler and Hot water tank, I wanted to ask whether it is possible to run a hot water feed off of the Vent Pipe as I am running a Mixer shower and need the hot water to come from above.
Thanks

The vent pipe is the hot water pipe anyhow so technically yes as long as your connection is below the water level in the tank of course.
a connection nearer the cylinder is better to prevent drawing air etc.
