I'm supposed to lightly re-oil every month or so but I don't want to continue 'cos of the whiff. So, is there an odourless product out there I could use next time? The one I've just used was Rustin's Danish Oil. Thanks Gammy

It needs to be real turpentine though not the turps substitute the sheds sell. Keith

My wife was a bloodhound in a previous life and has passed this on to the kids. Thankfully I have virtually no sense of smell but can still smell it 1 week after last coat. I daresay that it will eventually disappear so I will try the turps route upon next application. Thanks Gammy
