Reply #2 - May 18^th, 2008, 10:06pm Osmo do a 'primer' for their hard wax oil for use when the timber is going to be in a damp environment, take a look on their web site for details. If you can't find a stockist give me a pm as I've got a couple of cans, unopened, in the w/shop - we might be able to come to an arrangement.

Nick I am still pondering what to do about another bench project still not resolved which may involve a fair quantity of iroko in the construction - if I proceed in that direction (wood and stel as opposed to just steel) I may get back to you.
