Bubbles in lining paper

Ok,this is my first attempt at DIY and I am pulling my hair out, pls help. I successfully hung all the lining paper in the lounge, not a bad job if I say so myself,lol,a few bubbles but they dried out, however now I have started painting, the bubbles seem to be appearing my the boat load, is this normal? will they just dry out? or or not? what can I do? any advice appreciated deeply thanks.

Im no painter or decorator though! Guess they will have either dried out by know, or you will have your head in your hands
