Hi ,I wonder if anyone can help with this . A customer recently had a samsung ceased , and a Vers provided . 4 chans of isdn . When the reception transfers a call , there is a delay of 2-3 seconds before the call is connected . As you can imagine , they are not best pleased ! Also , when a call is put on hold , and the holder goes back to talk to the incoming caller , again ,the delay . This is happening with all xtns. I spoke to someone in BT , and he says the settings in the xchange , but considering it happens when the caller is put on hold , I doubt this .
