Bathroom fan isolator

I'm familiar with the use of a three pole isolator switch to allow safe maintenance of a bathroom fan but...

Is there such thing as a combined light switch and fan isolator ? eg a ceiling mounted box with a pull cord for the light and a separate isolator switch for the fan only?

If such a thing exists would the fan isolator leave the light powered or not?

Too dangerous either way?

One each mounted into a DUAL back box sunk in the ceiling?
