Hi I wonder if anyone can help me.

I have removed my electric shower, it was on its own circuit. Im now redoing my kitchen and I understand that the oven / hob need to be on its own circuit could i use the old shower circuit.

Any ideas?

The oven and hob will be seperate   not yet bought them yet though.

It depends on the sizes of the hob and oven.

30amps is 6.9kw.  If your oven and hob combined fall below this, then yes.  If they don't, you can apply some diversity to see if it then does.  Take the first 10amps and add 30% of the remainder, plus 5amps if a socket is incorporated into the contol panel isolator.

Generally, if you just have a single oven and 4 hob plates, it will be fine.  Anything larger (6 hobs, double oven etc), you would need to calculate to be sure.
