I found this infographic from electricianscourses4u.co.uk - "Getting Started as an Electrician" - stating that 61% of recommendations are based on tidiness..

Would you agree?

I guess it all depends on whether the customer is either in or out- otherwise I believe that tidiness, punctuality & politeness go hand-in-hand together.

"Those guys you have that vacuum up during and after their work ...!" please....

When-ever I clip a cable, the clips are always spaced at exactly the same distance apart and I never use a ruler to measure the gaps. However, I do always use the same hammer !
