My son has just bought a house previously used for a whole series of short term lets.

There are two UPVC half front doors - i.e there are two doors, each with a lock. He has changed both cylinders. The right hand side - the most used, and first to open - works perfectly. On the other the key only moves part way, and doesn't unlock - just as it did with the old cylinder. Any ideas?
