Wickes Trade Paints - Any good?

Just wondering how good Wickes Trade Paints are? They have a good price for their "Wickes Trade Vinyl Silk White Emulsion Paint". I usually use Dulux silk vinyl (not trade paint).
Anyone used Wickes Trade paint? any good? or should I stick to the standard Dulux?

Depends on the colour. Most of our house has been painted with wickes paints. 2 rooms that are very deep colours (blood red and a chocolate brown, can't remember the actual colour names) have faded very badly. The more neutral colours still look ok

Not my trade but, I have heard Dulux is the paint to avoid lately, Poor coverage, fading, yellowing (whites) etc

Was it the "Trade" Wickes paint that you used?

I was quite impressed with Leyland Trade matt emulsion. I avoid Farrow & Ball...their paint is like making love in a canoe.
If money is no object then you can't beat Little & Greene. Their paint is superb.
