Someone seems to like installing those tool bars.
Many times when I run adaware I find a registry entry from Alexa yet never seen it on any site.
That MySearch bar comes when you accept their free popup killer.
I had one toolbar that kept appearing which had no reference to the name anywhere.
I'd go through everything deleting what was linked to it and a few days late rit would be back.
I later found that it came with music downloads my son was making from morpheus or kazza.
I taught him how to scan each download seperately and it never came back.

in hijackthis the extra bars are called BHOs, remove em all.

I use IE

I have spy bot search and destroy and spyware blaster and have no problems with IE at all.

Run adaware all the time and not much gets through.  Have Norton Anti Virus and Zone Alarm as well.
