Hi, Difficult to say - is it just one particular light in one room? Does it happen randomly all over the house? How often? Usual causes are - poor or bad connection in the lighting circuit concerned. This could be at the CU, or the actual light fitting(s) or there may be a bad connection somewhere in a junction box. The problem is also caused by the purchase and fitting of cheap 'supermarket' light bulbs which don't last 5 minutes! One other thing might be a higher than normal mains supply voltage, which you'd have to measure with a meter. We really need for info in order to give you better-infomred advice mate - sorry for the delay.
