Sticking Reclaimed floor to concrete
Oct 19th, 2005, 7:48pm

Hi,

I purchased 1" thick pitch pine flooring at a great price and need to nail and glue it down.  One part of the room has a concrete base and the other wooden joists.  The wooden side it ok but has anyone stuck the reclaimed timber down onto concrete.  I know I will have to seal the concrete and use somethng like Gutoid, but how successful is it at doing its job?  Can you cramp the boards down well enough?

Replies soon

Tks
