Kitchen cupboard edging

I have just had new kitchen doors installed and was supplied with peel and stick vinyl foil for the outside of the cupboards (for the sides etc). This is now lifting at the edges. I would like to put a outside corner edge on the cupboards to make a better finish but don't really know where to start to source this. Is it a good idea anyway? If not how can I rectify the problem? Any ideas gratefully received.
Thanks!

Perhaps the end wasn't degreased before the vinyl was applied.
What colour is it? You might be able to find a matching "end of run panel" at one of the flat pack kitchen stores (eg B&Q).
