Last time I looked at a d.i.y manual there was no references to gas fitting. When this part P comes in, do you think they'll have to remove the electrical pages from the d.i.y manuals. Better put Collins manual on my Xmas list this year.

Good point, the basics of gas fitting are the same as plumbing (water) but electrics are out on there own.
Buy a load of books now and you could be the first boot sale millionare

Don't think you need to worry just yet, Theres no suggestion proper DIY information in guide books will be banned..
