I have a big yellow stain which has recently emerged on the inside of the rear wall of my living room. Turns out that the cast iron soil pipe, which is virtually embedded into the wall of my property has cracked, leaked and has passed into the wall of my property just below where the toilet bosses into the stack.

I need it repairing urgently as I'm concerned that the effects of the leaking pipe have filled up the insulated wall cavity.
