Roof felt
Aug 25th, 2022, 4:51pm

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but cannot find in search, so while clearing up my loft have noticed a couple of places where the roof felt ends are hanging down. Just wondering if anyone knew of away to tidy up the ends? Not sure if some kind of glue or tape would work?

Attached pic might help

Thanks all

What you’ve got there looks ok. If you want to neaten it up for cosmetic reasons I’d just fold it back against the rafter and pin or staple it in place.

Thanks for reply, wasn’t sure if I did this it would compromise the waterproofness of the felt. So will follow your advise and staple back.
Thanks for help
